John Clarke, ESQ. - Founder and president

I started ClarkeLaw to help ordinary people with their legal needs. I am here to help you through a variety of changes in your life. If you have been injured in an accident, I will fight to get you the most compensation possible for your loss. If you are planning to pass property to your family, I will craft an estate plan to effectuate your wishes and safeguard your legacy. If you are in debt and facing collection efforts by your creditor, I will advise you on how to resolve the situation and protect your assets. I will use my experience and legal expertise to put your best case forward.

I have practiced in a variety of areas of the law, including personal injury, real estate transactions and estate planning. I have worked extensively with medical providers, and have the skills to negotiate a favorable settlement for your personal injury claim. Finally, I am proud to say that I have assisted homeowners to keep their homes when they were faced with improper foreclosure actions.

When I am not working, I am relaxing at my Hollywood home with my dog Taylor. I also enjoy travel, exploring the outdoors, and playing the piano. I am active in several community organizations, including Habitat for Humanity.

I graduated Cum Laude from University of Florida College of Law in May 2015. I am a member in good standing of the Florida Bar, and the Broward County Bar Association.
